You lost me with your very first sentence as I don't recall Justin Trudeau ever being on my ballot as I am not a resident of Papineau.

Furthermore, purauant to the provisions set out in Canada's First Enactment - the British North America Act 1867 there is neither a provision nor constitutional instrument which establishes either an office of Prime Minister or a person of Canada to be known as Prime Minister.

Justin Trudeau assuming the persona of Prime Minister is no different than the Emperor running around without clothes.

Furthermore, in law, Canada is many things including a person and a place.

Wake up Leighton and pay attention, because like Toto, I'm the bitch pulling back the curtain on the wizard.
